MET GALA 2014: Best & Least Favorites

Last night was the Charles James: Beyond Fashion’ Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and boy was it a sight to see! The glam and the more glamorous were abundant and the gowns were the center of attention. I had many favorites, everyone came with their best looks. Not only were the gowns trending, but the hair and makeup were perfect and polished. The night was vintage, glam, and oh so chic!

My Top Favorites: Best Dressed

Blake Lively : Gucci

How Hollywood Glam does Blake look! I love the blush pink color and the added cape in the back! Absolutely amazing! Girl crush indeed! She never disappoints whether on the red carpet or street style!

Rihanna : Stella McCartney

Rihanna not only looked like a vision in white, but her jewelry was one of the best as well. I'm a ring addict, so when I saw her unique bling I was in heaven!

Leighton Meester : Emilio Pucci

One Word....Stunning! That dress was everything!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley : Balmain

When does Rosie not slay? She looks so cheetah chic! And those earrings are the perfect compliment#MetGala #Balmain #fashion

Nicole Richie : Donna Karen

Spotted one of my fashion inspirations Nicole Richie shutting it down! I'm in love with the unique fabrication and her signature low back cut-out!

Liu Wen : Zac Posen

How beautiful does Liu Wen look in this amazingly structured gown by Zac Posen. He does wonders for gowns, and his vision for shape and accentuating a women's body is magic.

Taylor Swift : Oscar de la Renta

The Details..

Beyonce : Givenchy

Suki Waterhouse : Burberry

The two-tone gown was different and Suki was definitely Pretty in Pink!

The Not So Glam Squad: Still Beautiful, but you get a fine

Katie Holmes : Marchesa

Sorry Katie, but the color nor the dress were doing anything for you.

Rita Ora : Donna Karen Altelier

Rita is beautiful though this dress had too much going on. The shoes and weird arm piece were unusual to the rest.
